” I am honored to have been selected Class of 2023 Selfless Senior for Rio Grande High School. I feel like giving back to my community is important because I have received so much from New Mexico, Albuquerque Public Schools, and the South Valley. I am a lifeguard at the West Mesa Aquatic Center. I am passionate about giving all people access to health and wellness, especially because many of my best memories involve pickup basketball games at local community centers. I volunteer in a Special Education classroom at Rio Grande High School, and I care about making school a safe and happy place for all students.”
